Singer Robbie Williams and wife Ayda Field welcome baby number three via surrogacy

UK singer Robbie Williams and his actress wife, Ayda Field have welcomed a third child via a surrogate mother.

The couple, who have been married since 2010 and have two other children, Theodora known as Teddy and Chalton, known as Charlie, welcomed little girl Colette Josephine Williams, who will be known as Coco.

The news was announced on Instagram by Ayda, who told her 385,000 followers she had been keeping a secret from them.

She said: “I spy with my little eye an extra little hand. So we have been keeping a very special secret! We are delighted to share with you that we have had a baby girl….welcome to the world Colette (Coco) Josephine Williams!! It has been a very long and difficult path to get here, which is why we have kept it on the down low.”

Ayda, 39, said that although Coco is biologically theirs she was carried by a surrogate mother.

She said: “Family comes in all forms, and this little lady, who is biologically ours, was carried by an incredible surrogate mother, to whom we will be eternally grateful. We are over the moon to have this beautiful baby girl in our lives and so blessed that we live in a world which makes this possible.”

The couple have been appearing as judges on the UK’s X-Factor along with Simon Cowell and One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson.

Ayda concluded her post by asking people to respect the family’s privacy as they adjust to being a team of five.
